Obituary

Reginald M.”Reggie” Baptiste age 44 of Everett (formerly Brockton) died unexpectedly at his home on Wednesday October 8, 2014. He was the loving son of Fenise B. Baptiste of Rosemead, CA and the late Lucien M. Baptiste.

Reggie was born in Boston and raised in Brockton. He had been a resident of Everett for many years.
He attended The Sacred Heart School in Brockton prior to graduating in 1988 from Cardinal Spellman High School. He had also attended Northeastern University in Boston.

At the time of his death, he was a service advisor at Honda Cars of Boston and had previously worked at Kelly Honda in Lynn, MA

Reggie loved all Boston sports and enjoyed travelling. He was a caring, social man who treasured being surrounded by his family and friends. He had a calm personality and his presence was felt by all simply by being in the same room with him.

In addition to his mother, Reggie is survived by his sister, Regine Baptiste of Rosemead, CA, Lucien “Lou” Baptiste of West Palm Beach, FL, his brother Harry Baptiste (and wife Debby) of San Diego, CA. He also leaves behind many aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was “Uncle” to many and will be deeply missed by all his surrogate nieces and nephews.

Visiting hours will be held at the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton on Friday (October 17) from 5pm-9pm. Funeral service will be held at the Conley Funeral Home on Saturday (October 18) at 10am with a graveside service immediately following at Melrose Cemetery on Pearl Street in Brockton.
