Brother of Ellen M. Sullivan of Franklin, John A. Stracuzzi Jr. and his wife Erin M. of Natick, and the late Debra M. Stracuzzi. Uncle of Derek, Dylan, and Vanessa Sullivan, and Jason Stracuzzi. Mark was a member of The Acton Elks.
