Deno J. Lombardi

Deno J. Lombardi passed away peacefully at the Parkland Medical Center in Derry, NH. He was 92.

Deno was born and raised in Everett, the son of the late Anthony and Mary (Livoti) Lombardi. He served with the Army during World War II and participated in the liberation of the Philippines. Upon his return to civilian life, Deno worked with Raytheon Corporation as a quality control officer. Upon retiring at age 70, Deno worked at Stoneham Oaks Golf Course for several years. A talented athlete throughout his life, Deno was scouted by professional baseball teams before his military service. He also loved to golf. A devoted husband, father and grandfather Deno, lived in Medford’s Fulton Heights neighborhood for over 50 years.


The beloved husband of the late Elizabeth “Irene” (Martin), he was a devoted father to Cathy A. Imbrici of Hudson, NH and Jean M. Omogrosso and her husband Dan of Windham, NH. He was a loving grandfather to Daniel James "DJ" and Julie Omogrosso. The dear brother of Josephine Lombardi of Everett, the late Vincenza, Mary and Ellen Lombardi he is also survived by many dear nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to visit with the family at the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford on Saturday October 11th from 10 AM through Noon with a prayer service in the funeral home at 11:30. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Deno's name to the charity of One's choice.
