Kirby Funeral Home 210 Winthrop St. WINTHROP, at 10am. Relatives and friends are invited. Burial will follow at the Winthrop Cemetery (Belle Isle Section). Ken was a member of the Winthrop Lodge of Elks #1078. He was a member of the Winthrop Police Dept. and also worked for a time as a longshoreman. Ken also earned a Master’s Degree in Law Enforcement.
