Obituary

Worcester – Anna (Tringuk) Pepin, 96, of Worcester, died on Saturday, October 4th in Saint Vincent Hospital after an illness.

Mrs. Pepin was married to the late Rocheleau Pepin who died in 1973. She is survived by her daughter, Michele A. Roy and her husband Ronald L. Roy of Worcester; two grandsons, Jason Roy and Christopher Roy of Worcester; a great granddaughter Ava Roy and many nephews and nieces.

Anna was born in Worcester, daughter of the late Michael and Julia Tringuk and is also predeceased by a son, Rocheleau Pepin who died in 1987; a brother, Paul Tringuk and two sisters, Mary Crawford and Lucy Tringuk.

Anna worked for several years at the Donovan Industries Corporation in Shrewsbury until her retirement. Anna was a member of Saint Joseph’s Church and enjoyed the ocean, reading and gardening as well as being an avid fan of both the Boston Red Sox and the New England Patriots. Anna’s greatest joy in life was her faith, her home and being with her family. “Gram” will be forever loved and sorely missed.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, October 7th at 10:30 AM in Saint John’s Church 44 Temple St. Burial will follow in Notre Dame Cemetery. There are no calling hours. Memorial contributions in memory of Anna may be made to St. John’s Food Pantry. Alfred Roy & Sons Funeral Home 12 Hammond St. is directing arrangements.
