Deborah A. (Burlone) Harris, age 53, of Mansfield, formerly of Foxboro passed away on Monday, September 29, 2014 at the Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro. She was the beloved wife of John L. Harris to whom she was wed for 15 years.
Born in Norfolk, Virginia on May 26, 1961, she was a loving daughter of Tony and Julie (Wojdag) Burlone of Brooksville, Florida. She grew up in Foxboro and was a graduate of Foxboro High School.
Debbie spent the majority of her working career in the food industry. She was a waitresses at several well known area eating establishments; including the 99 Restaurant in Canton and Morin’s Diner in Attleboro.
She was an angel that touched everyone’s heart that she met and loved to make them laugh. She especially enjoyed gardening and spending time with friends.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was the dear sister of Cheryl (Burlone) Sullivan and her husband Craig of Walpole and Lisa Burlone and her boyfriend Brian Sherman of Foxboro. She was the cherished sister in law of Daniel Harris and his wife Cheryl of Taunton. She was the adoring aunt of Zachary and Brittany Sullivan and Ryan and Blake Harris. She is also survived by her best friend of over twenty years; Robin Bryant of Plainville, her beloved dog “Troubles Michael”, and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Her Funeral Mass, to which relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend, will be celebrated on Saturday, October 4th at 10:00 A.M. in St. Mary’s Church, 330 Pratt St. (Route 106) Mansfield. Burial will follow at the Spring Brook Cemetery in Mansfield.
Visiting hours will be held on Friday, October 3rd from 5:00-8:00 P.M. at the Sherman & Jackson Funeral Home, 55 North Main Street, Mansfield.
In lieu of flowers, Debbie’s family has requested that donations in her memory be made to Our Daily Bread, Mansfield’s Food Pantry, 15 West Street, Mansfield, MA 02048.
