Mary A. (Disnard) Sheehan, 90, of Foxboro formerly of Walpole died September 29 in the Harrington House in Walpole. She was the wife of the late William H. Sheehan who died in 2008.
Born in Norwood, March 10, 1924, the daughter of the late Albert and Mary A. (Kaler) Disnard, Mrs. Sheehan was raised in Norwood and had lived in Walpole for many years prior to moving to Foxboro 20 years ago.
A homemaker, she is survived by her children, Linda Auld of Foxboro, William Sheehan and his wife Rae of Foxboro, Mary Castles and her husband Kevin of Newbern, North Carolina and Gerard Sheehan and his wife Jan of Northwood, New Hampshire.
She is also survived by her brother Lawrence Disnard of Michigan and was the sister of the late Therese Provost.
Mary is also survived by her 7 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
Her funeral will be held on Monday, October 6 from the Ginley Funeral Home (www.ginleyfuneralhomes.com) 892 Main Street, Walpole at 9:15 followed by a funeral mass in Blessed Sacrament Church at 10:00.
Burial will be in the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne.
Visiting hours are on Sunday from 2-6 p.m.
