Maureen O’Brien Leon age 54 of W. Roxbury passed away unexpectedly September 28th. Born in Boston, she was raised in Roslindale, graduated from W. Roxbury High School and previously lived in Canton before moving to W. Roxbury 24 years ago. She loved animals, especially horses and enjoyed horseback riding. Beloved wife of Douglas Leon. Mother of Caitlynn Bickel of Hanson. Sister of Kathleen Silver of CA, Eileen Duff of Canton, George L. O’Brien of VA and Theresa O’Brien of E. Sandwich. Relatives and friends invited to attend a Memorial Mass at St. Theresa of Avila Church 2078 Centre St. W. Roxbury Saturday morning at 10:30. Visiting hours omitted. Burial private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the Angell Animal Medical Center350 S Huntington Ave, Boston, MA 02130. | |||||
