Obituary

Paul F. Casey of Framingham, formerly of Holyoke passed away on Friday, September 19, 2014 at the Metrowest Medical Center of Natick. He was eighty-three years old.

Son of the late Charles and Helen (Haley) Casey he was as graduate of St. Jerome High School in Holyoke.

Mr. Casey enlisted in the United States Navy and served our country proudly for four years during the Korean War. After his military service he attended Catholic University of Puerto Rico while dating the love of his life, Anabel.

Paul worked for the Puerto Rican Government for twenty-six years as a development administrator bringing factories and businesses to the island.

He was a handy man who loved to dance, listen to Latin Music, travel and all Boston Sports Teams especially the Boston Celtics from the 1980’s.

Paul was the devoted husband of Anabel T. (Padilla) Casey of Framingham with whom she shared fifty-nine years of marriage.

Loving father of Paul E. Casey and his wife Maria of Framingham and Charles J. Casey, also of Framingham.

Cherished grandfather of Meghann M. Casey of Maryland and Melissa A. Casey of Las Vegas.

Caring brother of Margaret Gibson of Chicago and the late Jean Kero, Helene McCarthy and Edward Casey. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visiting hours will be held on Monday, September 22nd from 4:00-7:00PM in the John Everett & Sons Funeral Home, 4 Park St., at Natick Common.

Mass of Christian Burial in St. Anselm’s Church 100 Landham Rd., Sudbury on Tuesday, September 23rd at 10:00AM.

Relatives and friends respectfully invited.

Burial will be private.
