Obituary

Albert F. Haddad of Westwood, passed away on September 11, 2014. He was 92 years old.

A lifelong parishioner and supporter of Our Lady of the Annunciation Melkite Cathedral of Boston, Albert was a proud US Army Veteran of WWII and Lifetime Member of the National and NY Chapters of the 88th Infantry Division. He belonged to the VFW in Dedham and was a member of the American Arabic Benevolent Assoc. Albert was a 35 year retired Assistant Vice President of the National Shawmut Bank and in his retirement he enjoyed reading and gardening.

Albert was the dear and devoted husband of Helen Theresa Wakim Haddad of Westwood. Loving father of the late Albert F. Haddad Jr. Dear father-in-law of Joanne Haddad of Tewksbury. Cherished grandfather of Andrew Haddad of Tewksbury. Dear brother of the late Elizabeth Nejame, Nicholas, George, Mitchell and Fouad Haddad. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Albert's Funeral Service was held Saturday, September 27, 2014 at Our Lady of the Annunciation Cathedral, 7 VFW Pkwy, WEST ROXBURY. The family is extremely grateful for the care given to Albert by the staff at the Hellenic Nursing and Rehab Center as well as Seasons Hospice.

Albert was laid to rest with his son, Albert Jr. at Mt. Benedict Cemetery.
