Doris R. White age 84 of Sharon, formerly of Dedham passed away September 12th at home. Born and raised in Norwood, she graduated from Norwood High School and previously lived in Dedham before moving to Sharon 15 years ago. She was a devoted mother and homemaker who previously worked as a Clerk for the Jimmy Fund and the Mass Department of Unemployment in Boston. Beloved mother of Mark Gallagher of Dedham, Dana Gallagher and his wife Mary Beth of Mansfield and Drew Gallagher and his wife Laura of Sharon. Sister of Pat Goode of Milton and Mary Donahue of Hyde Park. Also survived by 4 grandchildren. Visiting hours at the Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home 455 Washington St. Canton Sunday 3-6 pm. Funeral mass at Our Lady of Sorrows Church Sharon Monday morning at 10. Burial private. Donations may be made in her memory to the Jimmy Fund 10 Brookline Place West, 6th Floor Brookline, MA 02445-7226. | |||||
