Ryan A. Barata, age 19, of Somerset passed away on Thursday Septmeber 11, 2014. He was the son of Carlos Barata and Fernanda M. Viveiros. Ryan was an apprentice for Sanlo Electric, loved cars and electronics, was very happy and had many friends.
In addition to his parents he is survived by his step father Joseph Viveiros, aunts and uncles; Manny and Adrianna Alves of New Bedford, Eduardo and Isaura Rodrigues of Fall River, Lino and Lourdes Oliveira of Canada, Tony and Beatrice Rego of Swansea, Joseph and Stephanie Rego of Florida, Joseph and Eduarda Sousa of Fall River, and Jose and Gilberta Carreiro of Canada, cousins; Noah and Chanel Cardoso, Briana Alves, Celina and Drago Stepanic.
His funeral will take place from the MANUEL ROGERS & SONS FUNERAL HOME 1521 N. Main St. Fall River on MONDAY here at 9 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial St. Thomas More Church at 10 A.M.
