Eugenia E. (Valatka) Kudirka, of Wentworth, NH formerly of Plymouth, died on September 10th at the age of 95. The beloved wife of 66 years of the late Vincent Kudirka, she is survived by her daughter Eugenia Peterson and her husband George of Wentworth, NH, her granddaughter Viktorija Yergatian and her husband Brian and her great grandchildren Derek and Kurt Yergation. Sister of the late Elinor Marcel.
Eugenia was born in Boston, daughter of the late George and Margaret (Kobylis) Valatka. She has lived in Wentworth, NH for 8 years after living in Plymouth for many years. Eugenia was a member of St. Bonaventure’s and the Bonnie Seniors and enjoyed spending her summers on Martha’s Vineyard. She was an avid reader and a friend of Wentworth Library in Wentworth, NH.
A memorial Mass will be held on Sunday, October 5th at 10 AM at St. Bonaventure’s Church in Plymouth. A private burial will be held at the National Cemetery in Bourne. Arrangements made by the Richard Davis Funeral Homes of Plymouth and Manomet. In lieu of flowers, her family requests that donations in her memory be made to the Lithuanian Childrens Relief Fund, 1145 Hancock St, Quincy, MA 02169.
