Sourichanh Kingvilay, 48, of Woonsocket died Wednesday evening at Landmark Medical Center.
Born in Laos he came to the United States as a teenager. He resided in Providence for many years before moving to Woonsocket several years ago.
He was the son of Chantay Kingvilay of Woonsocket and the late Vang Kingvilay. He is also survived by his brother Thavone Kingvilay of Pawtucket and his sister Linda Phannavong of Woonsocket as well as his extended family and friends.
His funeral service will be Saturday beginning at 8:30 am in the Menard-Lacouture Funeral Home, 127 Carrington Ave. Woonsocket. Following services the funeral procession will depart for Swan Point Cemetery, Blackstone Blvd. Providence. Visiting hours are Friday (TODAY) from 5-9 pm.
