LACONIA - Kelly Ann Jacobs, 27, of Laconia, N.H., formerly of West Dennis, M.A., passed away on Thursday, September 4th, 2014.
Kelly was born in Hyannis MA., September 5th, 1986, daughter of Doreen L. (Kelley) Ezersky and Daniel E. Jacobs, his wife Deborah A. Jacobs. She was a graduate of Laconia Academy, where after she had gone onto earning a C.N.A. (Certificate in Nursing Assistance) through the American Red Cross.
Kelly was a free spirited person who loved family, friends, animals and a favorite with kids. She always could put a smile on your face no matter what the occasion. She was always helpful; regardless of who you were she would always extend a helping hand. Kelly just had a special way with people, she made friends everywhere she went, always caring, always concerned, she truly was an amazing person. Kelly was deeply loved and will be missed by all who knew her. Her memories will be held close to our hearts forever.
Kelly is survived by her parents, Daniel and Deborah, of Laconia, her brother Joshua, of Laconia, her sisters Krystal, of Laconia, Brittany, of West Palm Beach, FL, & Michelle, of Yarmouth, MA. Kelly was predeceased by her mother, Doreen in 1998.
There will be no calling hours.
A graveside service will be held at 2p.m. on Wednesday, September 17, 2014 at Chandler Gray Cemetery, West Yarmouth, MA.
