Laura A. Hardy of Chelsea, formerly of East Boston, died Tuesday, September 9 in East Point Nursing Home, Chelsea. Born and raised in the North End, she was the daughter of the late Nicola and Maria (Mastrullo) Albanese.

Laura was the beloved wife of the late William Hardy and loving sister of Rocco J. Albanese, Rose (Albanese) Bentivegna, Dominic Albanese, the late Henry and John Albanese, Angelina (Albanese) Salvati, and Phyllis (Albanese) Stevens. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend graveside services at Holy Cross Cemetery, 175 Broadway, Malden on Friday, September 12 at 10 AM. Visiting hours have been omitted. As an expression of sympathy memorial contributions may be sent in Laura's name to a charity of One's choice.
