Born on April 15, 1938. Passed away peacefully on September 6, 2014. Preceded in death by sons Michael & Jimmy, brothers and a sister. Survived by wife of 56 years, Carol; daughters Debbie Thomas (Reuben), Patty Rittenhouse (Kelly), Karen Bassett (Alan) and Amy Nelson; grandchildren Sara (Bert), Matt, Chris, Courtney, Josh, Jesse, Keshia, Chloe, Hope & Michael; other relatives and friends. Service Wednesday (September 10) at 11:00 AM at SANDBERG FUNERAL HOME, 2593 E. 7th Avenue, North St. Paul. Private interment St. Mary's Cemetery, North St. Paul. Visitation Tuesday from 4-7:00 pm and one hour before the service on Wednesday. He was a hard working man who loved his family.
