Percio B Calvo, 66, of Methuen passed away September 1st at Lahey Clinic in Burlington. He was born Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic son of the late Lorenza (George) and Bienvenido Calvo. Percio was a successful entrepreneur in the Dominican Republic until moving to Methuen until retiring. He was a parishioner of Congregation Lion of Judah in Boston and in his free time enjoyed playing dominos, watching baseball, gardening, but most of all spending time with his family.
Percio is survived by his wife of 15 years Carmen Ray-Calvo of Methuen, a daughters Yonany Calvo of Puerto Rico, Eunice Devers-Vicente and her husband Julio of Methuen, sons Percio Calvo Jr. and his wife Gaudy of Dominican Republic, Abdiel Calvo of Spain, Adrian Calvo and his wife Grisel of Methuen, Auildo Calvo and his Fiancée Gladas of Texas, brothers, sisters, grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend calling hours on Thursday September 4th from 4-8 PM at the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home 233 Lawrence Street in Methuen. A funeral service will be held at the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home on Friday September 5th at 10 AM with interment to follow at Elmwood Cemetery in Methuen.
