TAUNTON - Lucinda Silveira, daughter of Orlando and Lucinda (Palmira) Silveira of Taunton, died at Morton Hospital on September 1, 2014.
She was 52.
Born in Flores, Azores, she moved to Taunton at the age of four and attended Taunton Schools.
Lucinda was employed by the Power General Company of Mansfield as an electronics assistant for ten years.
In her spare time, Lucinda enjoyed spending time with her family.
In addition to her parents, she leaves two brothers, Jose Silveira of Brockton and Armando Silveira of Taunton; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was predeceased by a brother, the late Manny Silveira and her twin sister, the late Tina Silveira.
Lucinda’s funeral will be held from the Silva Funeral Home, 80 Broadway, Taunton on Friday, Sept. 5th at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral mass at St. Anthony Church at 10 a.m.
Burial will be at St. Joseph Cemetery.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
Calling Hours will be held at the funeral home on Thursday Sept. 4th from 4 to 8 p.m.
