Margaret F. Jamieson
formerly of Billerica

WESTFIELD: Margaret F. Jamieson, age 88, of Westfield, a former longtime resident of Billerica, passed away at home on Wednesday, August 27, 2014.
Born in Everett on February 21, 1926, she was the daughter of the late Adam Jamieson and the late Mary (French) Jamieson.
Margaret was raised in Medford, attended Medford schools and graduated from Medford High School.
Prior to her retirement, she worked as an Assembler for the Semi-Con Company in Burlington.
Margaret resided in Billerica for 34 years until moving to Westfield in 1996.
She enjoyed vacationing with her family especially to Disney World during the Christmas season, and attending family gatherings.
Margaret is survived by two sisters, Shirley Babcock and her husband John of Tewksbury and Stasia Grant and her husband Richard of Billerica; two brothers, Adam Jamieson and his wife Phyllis of Wareham and Raymond Jamieson and his wife Doris of Billerica; many nieces and nephews including Catherine M. Fiore and her husband Peter, with whom Margaret resided with for the past 38 years, of Westfield; also many grandnieces and grandnephews.
Margaret was the sister of the late Pauline MacDonald, Barbara Kelleher, Austin and Daniel Jamieson. Calling hours are Friday, Aug. 29, from 4-8 p.m. at the Farmer & Dee Funeral Home, 16 Lee St., Tewksbury. Her funeral will be held Saturday, Aug. 30th at 8 a.m. from the funeral home, followed by her Funeral Mass at 9 a.m. at St. Mary's Church, 796 Boston Rd., Billerica. Interment at Fox Hill Cemetery, Billerica. In lieu of flowers, donations in Margaret's memory may be made to the American Heart Association, P.O. Box 417005, Boston, MA 02241.
