BERNARD HARRISON McCLARD, 85, passed away on August 24, 2014.
He was a retired employee of Ford Motor Co., a member of Masonic Lodge #862 and Arcade Baptist Church.
Preceding him in death is his sister, Margaret Hale & two brothers, Leonard McClard & Carlos McClard.
Bernie is survived by his beloved wife of 59 years, Mary Juanita (Devine) McClard; his children, Bernard “Keith” McClard (Jeanne), Craig S. McClard, and Sharon Kay Fagan (John); grandchildren, Tori, Michael, Bethany and Bryan; his brother, Hubert “Dan” McClard (Mary); and sisters, Sue Betty Shirley, Evie Jewell Birge (Howard) and Ida Nell Smith (Carroll).
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with entombment in Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
Visitation will be from 4 – 8 p.m. Wednesday.
