Theresa L. Mahoney (Russo) age 93 of Canton passed away at home August 22nd surrounded by her loving family. Born in Boston, she was raised in Mattapan and attended Dorchester High School. She was a devoted housewife and mother and enjoyed water color and oil painting. Beloved wife of Matthew F. Mother of Diane T. Farrell and her husband Thomas of FL, Andrea K. Kehoe and her husband Gregory of Braintree, Richard D. Mahoney and his wife Virginia of Stoughton, Stephen J. Mahoney of CA, Alanna J. Edstrom and her husband Nils of Stoughton, Brian F. Mahoney and his close friend Elaine Babcock of Stoughton and Christopher T. Mahoney and his wife Juli of Mansfield. Also survived by 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Visiting hours at the Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home 455 Washington St. Canton Tuesday 4-8 pm. Funeral mass at St. Gerard Majella Church Canton Wednesday morning at 10:00.
