TEWKSBURY - Mrs. Shirley Irene (Bredeau) Stone, age 77, a resident of Tewksbury for the past eighteen months, died peacefully Friday morning, August 22, at the Blairehouse of Tewksbury, with her daughter at her side.
She was born in Bremen, Maine, one of eight children of the late Joseph and Idella (Kelley) Bredeau. She was raised in Maine, but lived in Chelsea the greater part of her life.
She leaves her daughter, Jennifer Arsenault and her husband Joseph of Tewksbury, with whom she resided; three grandchildren; Michael Coughlin, Taylor Arsenault, and Jake Arsenault all of Tewksbury; a great granddaughter, Kendall Avery Coughlin; two sisters, Joan Westman of Maine, and Jeannette Wells of Melrose, MA; many nieces and nephews, and was preceded in death by her former husband Albert Stone; and her brothers, Joseph, Louis, George and Richard Bredeau.
Her funeral service was held Monday, Aug. 25, in the funeral home. Interment was private.
