Williams, Henry Lee “Tuffy”, 83, passed away on August 14, 2014. He was a retired employee for Reynolds Metals where he worked for 39 years as a pipefitter; he was a Kentucky Colonel; a member of the former Eastern Star Milltown Chapter #412; Masonic New Albany Lodge #39; Pipefitters Local #522; and a Navy veteran of WWII for two years. He was preceded in death by his brother, Jack Williams; and sisters, Thelma Blair and Alberta Blair. Tuffy is survived by his beloved wife of 64 years, Alice Jean (Hester) Williams; his son, Charles Benjamin Williams; two grandchildren, Charles Benjamin Williams II (Monica) and Jason Williams; two great grandchildren; brothers, Bill Williams and James Robert Williams; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Sunday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in Kraft Graceland Memorial Park, New Albany, Indiana. Visitation will be from 3:00-8:00 p.m. Saturday.
