Shirley Darlene (Agee) Patterson, 68, passed away at her residence Thursday, August 14, 2014. Born in Owensboro, KY, she is a retired Metro Parks Official, where she was in charge of track & field events and was a national official with track and field.
She is survived by her loving children, Robin Shouse (Barry), Steve Patterson and William Patterson (Rebecca); her former husband, Ray Patterson; six grandchildren, Brad, Daniel, Parker and Sydney Shouse, Payton and Ty Patterson; brother, Jerry Agee; sisters, Anna Smith and Bonnie Fulkerson and her grand dogs, Max, Milo and Minnie. She loved everyone and never met a stranger.
Her service will be 4:00 p.m. Sunday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy; Visitation will be Sunday 12:00 p.m. until service time of 4:00 p.m.
Cremation will follow.
