Sebring, FL – Linda L. (Garden) St. Jacques 67, formerly of Whitman, passed away Wednesday July 30, 2014 in Sebring, FL. She was the beloved wife of John St. Jacques.
Prior to her move to Florida in 2000, Linda had been a longtime resident of Whitman where she had worked for fifteen years as a secretary at the Conley School and for three years as secretary for the Whitman Town Selectman. Linda had also been the owner and operator of “Linda’s Total Yard Care” of Sebring, FL.
She was a member of the Tanglewood Quilting Club, the Red Hat Society, and during her years in Florida, Linda had been a member of the Bible Fellowship Church of Sebring.
In addition to her husband John she is survived by her loving children Lisa (Garden) Harper and her husband Stephen of East Bridgewater and Michael Garden and his wife Sandra of Whitman, her grandchildren Kelcey and Kristin Harper and Karlie and Colby Garden. She was predeceased by her daughter Jennifer Garden, and will be missed by her faithful dog “Max”.
Family and friends are invited to attend her visiting hours to be held Monday August 18 from 4-7 PM in the Blanchard Funeral Chapel, Plymouth Street (Rte. 58 @ the rotary) Whitman. By request of the family all other services will be private.
