Worcester – Susan (Kenneway) Richard, 81, of Worcester, died in her home on Monday, July 28th.
Mrs. Richard was married for 55 years to Morton A. Richard who died on October 23, 2013. She was born in Tewksbury, MA daughter of the late Philip and Thopelia (Shiraka) Kenneway and is predeceased by her siblings. She is survived by nieces and nephews.
Sue held a special place in her heart for animals of all kinds. She enjoyed traveling with her late husband, especially to Florida and to the casino.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, August 4th at 10 AM in Blessed Sacrament Church 555 Pleasant St. Entombment will follow in Notre Dame Mausoleum. Memorial contributions in memory of Mrs. Richard may be made to the Worcester Animal Rescue League 139 Holden Street Worcester, MA 01606. Alfred Roy & Sons Funeral Home 12 Hammond St. is directing arrangements.
