Carl K. Spezzano, Jr., age 32, of Brockton, died unexpectedly July 23, 2014 at Signature Healthcare-Brockton Hospital. Carl was the son of Carl Spezzano, Sr. of Upton, MA and Pla (Vang) Spezzano of Brockton. He was raised in Brockton, and was a graduate of Avon Middle High School. He attended Massasoit Community College where he was on the Dean’s List and a member of the National Honor Society. He then went on to receive his Bachelor’s degree from Bridgewater State College. Carl was always striving to achieve a higher education and success. He was full of life, spontaneous and a risk taker. He enjoyed being outdoors, hiking, riding bikes, going to the beach and having fun with friends and family. As a lover of fast cars, one of his favorite vacations was going to Las Vegas where he rented a Ferrari. Carl's enjoyment was taking time out from his busy school and work schedule to spend time with his younger brother Robbie playing video games.
In addition to his parents, Carl is survived by two younger brothers, Robbie Monahan of Brockton and Xiong Spezzano of Worcester and a sister Mai Lee Spezzano of Worcester. He is also survived by a niece Kitana M. Spezzano and many cousins, aunts and uncles. Although his life was too shortly lived, he is now watching over us in the Heavens Above.
Visitation will be held in the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street, (Rte 123) Brockton on Thursday July 31, from 10 to 11am with a Funeral Service at 11am. Burial will follow in Holyhood Cemetery, 584 Heath Street, Brookline, MA.
