Camille M Presti, age 74, a longtime resident of Burlington, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Tuesday, July 22, 2014. Camille was born and raised in Somerville, and was the daughter of the late Frank and Mary Bertolino. A lover of life, she was passionate and nurturing towards her family, her friends, her work and education.

Camille is survived by her beloved husband of 53 years, P. Joseph Presti, four loving children; Fran of Newton, Joe and wife Mary of Wrentham, Marie of Newton, and Ron and wife Cathy of Bedford, seven grandchildren; Nicole, Joe, Stephanie, Nathaniel, Sonia, Andrew and Brendan, sister of Annette Presti and husband Peter of Billerica and Peter Bertolino and wife Dorothy of Bellingham. She is also survived by loving uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews and lifelong friends.

She retired in 2000 from Parametric Technology Corp where she worked as an Executive Assistant for many years. After her retirement, Camille's loving and caring nature led her to earn both a Bachelor's and Master's degree of Science in Human Services from the College of Public and Community Services at the University of Massachusetts Boston. Upon her graduation, Camille continued working at UMass in various roles as a tutor, mentor, coordinator and alumni president. In addition, she devoted her spare time coordinating food deliveries for the Burlington Food pantry.

Funeral services will be held from the McLaughlin - Dello Russo Funeral Home, 60 Pleasant St., Woburn on Saturday, July 26th at 9:00am followed by a funeral mass celebrated at St. Margaret's Church located at 109 Winn St., Burlington at 10:00am. Services will conclude with burial at Pine Haven Cemetery, Burlington. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours at the funeral home will be held on Friday, July 25th from 4-8pm.
