George M. Goroff, of Dedham formerly of Newton and Chelsea died July 20th at the Hebrew Rehabilitation in Dedham. Beloved husband of the late Alma (Myers) Goroff. Born in Chelsea the son of the late Samuel & Betty (Partol) Goroff. Raised and educated in Chelsea a graduate of Chelsea High School and continued his education at Northeastern & Rutgers University. George was an US Army Veteran of World War II. He was employed in the Telephone industry as an engineer. Survived by his sons Michael Goroff of MA and Daniel Goroff of New York NY., and his six grandchildren. Graveside services were held at Congregation B'Nai Israel Cemetery in Tinton Falls, NJ., on July 22, 2014.
