Laconia-----Yvonne M. Vermette, 82, of 32 Adams Street, died at the Belknap County Nursing Home on Wednesday, July 16, 2014.
Mrs. Vermette was born October 31, 1931 in Central Falls, Rhode Island, the daughter of the late Wilfrid and Yvonne (Duval) Vaillancourt. She had been a resident of Belmont before moving to Laconia over forty-two years ago. She had been employed in the Medical Records Department at Lakes Region General Hospital for many years.
Survivors include her husband, Delphis J. Vermette, of Laconia; a son, Paul Rhodes, and his fiancée, Donna Hendrix, of Bloomington, Minnesota; stepson, Del Vermette, and his fiancée, Lisa DiMauro, of Farmington, N.H.; a stepdaughter, Patricia Vermette Robbins, and her husband, David, of Londonderry, N.H. and many grandchildren, great grandchildren and many dear cousins.
There will be no calling hours.
A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, July 22, 2014 at 11:00AM at St. Andre Bessette Parish at Sacred Heart Church, 291 Union Avenue, Laconia, N.H.
Burial will follow in the family lot in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Laconia.
