Peter M. Callahan age 68 of Canton passed away July 11th at the Hellenic Nursing Home in Canton after a long illness. Born and raised in Boston, he attended Boston Latin High School and Boston College and was a Veteran of the Army National Guard. He worked as a Salesman for Johnson & Johnson, United Stationers and Office Depot before retiring. He was an avid sports fan and was a member of the McKeon Post in Dorchester. Beloved husband of Gail F. (Sullivan). Brother of John Callahan and his wife Becky of AZ, Kevin Callahan and his wife Janice of Hanson and the late Phillip Callahan. Son in law of Mary N. Sullivan of Milton. Brother in law of Mary Callahan of CA. Also survived by several nieces and nephews and grand nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends invited to attend a memorial mass at St. Gerard Majella Church Canton Friday at 10 am. Visiting hours omitted, burial private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to ALZ.org and indicate it is for “Pete’s Pals” or to the Hellenic Nursing Home 601 Sherman St. Canton, MA 02021. | |||||
