William R. Keeley, Jr. of Medford died Wednesday, July 9th in the Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston. Born in Somerville, he was the son of the late William R., Sr. and Mary (Reid) Keeley. William proudly served in the U.S. Marine corps during the Korean War.

He was the beloved husband of Maria (Balzotti) Keeley and the devoted father of Mary Elizabeth Rumley and her husband Jon of Belmont, Susan Lane and her husband Raymond of Arizona. William was the loving grandfather of Alexandrea, Patrick, Madison, Robert, Meghan, Julia, and brother of John Keeley and his wife Anne of Stoneham, Evelyn McGonagle of Lowell, James Keeley and his wife Linda of Chelmsford. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be celebrated in the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford on Sunday, July 13th at 7:00 PM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend and may visit with the family from 4 through 8 PM.
