Passed away peacefully on July 6, 2014. Preceded in death by husband Art; grandson Kenny Jay; parents Michael & Agnes Klein; brothers Joseph, Rev. Bernard, Leonard & George and sister Rosie Wagner. Survived by children Arlet Soderlund, Guy (Pat), Anton, Colette Kasper (Mike), Odey, Tad, Kim (Robin) & Jay; 22 grandchildren and too many great grandchildren to count and the number is climbing. Leona worked for many years catering at Gladstone House and retired from Kmart. Service Friday (7/11) at 11:00 AM at ST. MARK'S EV. LUTHERAN CHURCH, (Door 7W) 2499 North Helen St., North St. Paul. Interment Union Cemetery, Maplewood. Visitation Thursday (7/10) from 4-8:00 pm at SANDBERG FUNERAL HOME, 2593 E. 7th Avenue, North St. Paul and one hour before the service at church. Leona's family would like to thank the staff of White Pines Senior Living for their loving care.
