Passed away peacefully surrounded by his family. Age 56 of St. Paul. Lost his courageous, dignified battle with cancer on June 22, 2014. Preceded in death by mother, Margarete (Gretchen); and many relatives in Germany. Survived by devoted sister, Christine and her partner, Robert; loving girlfriend, Karen Edwards; many other friends; Freckles, Snooper, and the smoochers. He loved fishing, model trains, classic cars & cooking. Memorial Service Tuesday 12:30 PM at SANDBERG FUNERAL HOME, 2593 E. 7th Ave., No. St. Paul. Visitation 1/2 hour prior to the Service.
