Obituary

METHUEN - Thomas V. Panzini, 78 of Methuen passed away Monday June 23, 2014 at the Nevins Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Methuen, MA.

Born in Boston, MA, he was the son of Benedetto and Grace (Russo) Panzini. During the Korean Conflict, Thomas served in the U.S. Army and was honorably discharged. For 25 years he was employed with Currier Lumber.

Thomas was a member of the Methuen VFW, Arnold Greenwood Post# 8349. He enjoyed playing the guitar and building ships in a bottle.

The widower of Marilyn (Pidgeon), he is survived by his son, Thomas C. Panzini and his wife Lisa of Windham, NH and daughter Denise M. Treadwell and her husband James of Salem, NH.
Thomas is also survived by his brother Edward Panzini and a sister Maryann Forti; 5 grandchildren, Taylor, Dominique, Olivia, Nicholas and Isabella.

Thomas was predeceased by his brothers, Raymond, Leonard, John and Pasquale.

ARRANGEMENTS: At the request of the family there will be no calling hours, family and friends are invited to attend a funeral from the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home, Inc., 233 Lawrence Street Methuen, MA 01844 on Saturday at 10:00a.m. with a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 11:00a.m. in St. Monica's Church in Methuen, MA with burial to follow in St. Mary's Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Lawrence, MA.
