John W. Fisher age 62 of Canton passed away June 3rd at home after a brief illness. Born and raised in Somerville, he graduated from Somerville High School. He has lived in Canton for the past 25 years and has worked for the Town of Sharon for the last 10 years. John was an avid Boston Sports fan and enjoyed going to the beach on Cape Cod. Devoted father of Catherine Fisher of Boston. Loving son of William J. and Marguerite Fisher of Canton. Brother of David Fisher and his wife Sharon of Somerville and Alison Gill and her husband Richard of Boston. Uncle of Scott, Shaun and Eric Fisher. Relatives and friends invited to attend visiting hours at the Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home 455 Washington St. Canton Saturday 12 noon to 3 pm. The wake will be concluded with a time for family and friends to remember John. | |||||
