Salem, NH - Daniel W. “Billy” Sullivan, 65 of Salem, NH, passed away on Saturday, May 31, 2014 at the Lawrence General Hospital while surrounded by his loving family. He was the loving husband of Marjorie (Campbell) Sullivan, to whom he was married for 28 years.
Billy was born in Lawrence on February 13, 1949 and was the son of the late Robert N. and Eleanor (Barry) Sullivan. He was a graduate of Lawrence High School. Upon his graduation from Lawrence High School, Billy proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War.
Mr. Sullivan was a member of the Professional Ski Instructors of America. In his free time, he enjoyed skiing, working on cars and tractors, and tinkering with anything electronic. He was also an avid Boston Bruins and New England Patriots fan.
Billy will be deeply missed by his wife, Marjorie; his son, Patrick C. Sullivan of Salem, NH; his daughter, Laurie Sullivan; his step-daughter, Rachele D. Burkett and her husband, Michael K. of Salem, NH; his 2 grandsons, Hunter and Matthew Burkett; his brother, George Sullivan and his wife, Lucy of Florida; and his sister Roberta Cianci and her husband, Bill of New Hampshire.
Friends will be warmly received on Wednesday, June 4, 2014 from 5:00 – 8:00PM at the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home, 233 Lawrence Street, Methuen.
