Glass, Bebe L. (Freedman) of Chelsea formerly of Everett, entered into rest on Monday, April 21, 2014 after a lengthy illness. Beloved wife of the late David B. Glass. Loving and dedicated mother of Sheryl Budd and her husband Jeff of Peabody; Nancy Glass of Revere; Barry Glass and his wife Alison Abdu-Glass of Lexington; and Aran Sambandar of Walnut Creek, CA. Adored grandma of Jonathan and Joshua Budd, Zachary and Eliza Abdu-Glass. Daughter of the late Annie and Barnet Freedman. Dear sister of Paul Freedman, and the late Fan Rubin, Kaye Spector, Sayra Croan and Phyllis Zeff. Special aunt to many nieces and nephews. Bebe’s passions included baking and playing her favorite sport - tennis. She was a champion on and off the court. Servics at Torf Funeral Chapel, 151 Washington Ave, Chelsea, MA on Thursday, April 24 at 11AM, Interment at Chevra Mishna Cemetery, Lynn, MA. Memorial observance immediately following the burial at the home of Sheryl and Jeff Budd, resuming Thursday from 7-9PM and Friday from 2-5PM. Continuing at the home of Barry and Alison Abdu-Glass on Saturday from 7-9PM and Sunday 2-4PM and 6-8PM. There will be a short service each evening at 7:30PM.
