Palmera A. Dube, 83, of Milan, NH, passed away on Thursday April 17, 2014 at the Coos County Nursing Home in Berlin. She was born in West Stewartstown, NH on July 6, 1930 the daughter of Hector and Florence (Thibeault) Benoit and was raised there. She married her husband, Noel, in 1948 and moved to Milan, NH at that time where she had resided before entering the nursing home. Palmera was a member of Good Shepherd Parish and was a very devout Catholic. She was a very kind person who loved being a mother and grandmother and caring for her family.
Family included her daughters Monique Dube of Milan, NH and Diane Booth and her husband Pete of Berlin, NH; grandchildren Jennifer Dube of Milan, NH, Jessica Dube of Cape Elizabeth, ME, Jared Booth and fiancée Katelyn Faucher of Raymond, NH and Kaleb Booth and fiancée Jaclyn Currier of Westbrook, ME; great-grandson Jaden Booth; siblings Rose Brault, Aleda Maurais, Agnes Brooks and Irene Jeffers; many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Noel Dube, brothers Leon Benoit and Edward Benoit and sister Germaine Caron.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday April 22, 2014 at 1 PM at St. Anne Church of Good Shepherd Parish. Interment will be in the Hillcrest Cemetery in Milan, NH later in the spring. Relatives and friends may call at the Bryant Funeral Home, 180 Hillside Ave., Berlin, on Monday from 6 to 9 PM.
