Stephen F. Bottari Jr.
4/14/2014

Stephen F. Bottari, Jr. of Medford died Monday, April 14th. A lifelong resident of Medford, he was the son of the late Stephen F. Sr. and Pauline (Arria) Bottari.

Stephen was a devoted family man. The beloved husband of Linda (Lordan) Bottari for 37 years. The devoted father of Stephen Bottari III and his wife Sarah of Tewksbury, Jason and Christopher Bottari, both of Medford. He was the loving grandfather of Sadie Bottari, and brother to Pauline DiBlasi and her husband Sal of Medford, and the late Frank Bottari. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Along with his family, there were many things Stephen enjoyed in life. In his younger days he loved playing tennis, and going on skiing trips with Linda. Later on, as they built their family together, camping and fishing became a main family activity, with Stephen leading the way for everyone in both. Throughout his life he loved cars, and always had a nice sports or luxury car to cruise around in. He also loved pictures; taking them, developing them himself, and when the technology was available printing them for everyone.

Stephen was also a hard worker, working in the flooring business for many years with his father at Arlington Floor Co. of Medford. He was a "Jack of all trades" in every sense; he could work on and fix anything. He also worked as a maintenance supervisor for apartment buildings in Boston.

Stephen was loved by all, and will be missed by many.
