Of Cambridge, born on April 8, 1922 in Boherbue, Doolin, County Claire, Ireland, died peacefully on Tuesday, April 15, 2014 in Cambridge, MA.
Survived by his wife of 56 years, Christine (Lehane) Sharry and his children: Susan Povio, John Sharry and his wife Betty, Cheryl Sharry and Maureen Fraser.
Proud grandfather of 9 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
Funeral from the Brown-Flaherty Funeral Home, 261 Washington Street, Union Square, Somerville on Thursday at 9am.
A Funeral Blessing will be celebrated in St. Catherine of Genoa Church, 192 Summer Street, Somerville at 10am.
Relatives and friends gratefully invited.
