Ralph Stephens Sanders
Augusta, GA – Ralph Stephens Sanders, 70, entered into rest Tuesday, April 15, 2014.
Mr. Sanders was born in Augusta, GA.He retired from the Augusta Richmond County Fire Department after more than 30 years of service. He was an active member of St. James United Methodist Church.
Mr. Sanders is survived by his sons: Ralph “Alex” Sanders and Joel Stephen Sanders (Sherry); daughter: Lynn Facey (Brook); grandchildren: Stewart Lord and Mary Catherine Sanders; sister: Earlle Olson and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Friday, April 18, 2014 at 2:00 in the chapel of Thomas Poteet with Rev. Sandra Leightner officiating. Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park. Pallbearers and honorary pallbearers will be members of the Augusta Richmond County Fire Department.
