Obituary

Glickman, Charles, 95, died on March 5, 2014. He was born in New York City, son of Louis and Rose Glickman. Charles is survived by his wife, Virginia, his sons, Kenneth Glickman, Thomas Glickman and his daughter,
Karen Glickman. He is survived by his stepchildren, Scott Ullman, Karl Ullman, Cynthia White and Joan Bacon. He is survived by several nieces,
nephews and grandchildren.
He attended schools in Ventnor and Atlantic City, New Jersey. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Franklin Marshal College and attended Harvard University Law School leaving to serve in the US Army as a lieutenant stationed in England during World War II. He was the New England manager of Luria Brothers Steel. Moving to Marshfield Hills in 1976 he was an avid fisherman and reader, a member of the Marshfield Country Club and the “old goats”, a men’s retirement club.
There will be a memorial service on Friday, April 25 in the meeting room at The Village at Duxbury, 290 Kingstown Way, Duxbury, MA at 10:30 a.m.
Private Interment will be held in the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne.
