Elissa M. Beaton, age 33, a lifelong resident of Foxboro, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her beloved family on Monday, April 7, 2014 at the Burlington House in Burlington, MA.
Born in Boston, MA on February 24, 1981, she was the loving daughter of John R. and Kathleen H. (Henry) Beaton of Foxboro.
Elissa grew up in Foxboro and was graduate of the Perkins School for the Blind in Watertown. She, along with her family was a communicant of St. Mary’s Church in Foxboro.
In addition to her loving parents, she is survived by her devoted brothers, Michael Beaton and his wife Becky of Norton, Kevin Beaton of South Boston and Alex Beaton of Foxboro. She is also survived by her dear nephews, Cameron Beaton and Jackson Beaton, her cherished godmother of Nancy Henry of Needham, and many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
Her Funeral Mass, to which relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend, will be celebrated on Thursday, April 10th at 10:00 A.M. in St. Mary’s Church, 58 Carpenter St., Foxboro. Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Needham.
Visiting hours are omitted and in lieu of flowers, donations in Elissa’s memory may be made to the North Shore ARC, Development Office, 64 Holten St., Danvers, MA 01923-1923, to benefit the Burlington House.
Arrangements are under the care and direction of the Sherman & Jackson Funeral Home, 55 North Main St., Mansfield.
