Edward I. Berfield, 92, of Chelsea passed away April 1, 2014 at the West Roxbury Veterans Hospital. Beloved husband of the late Carolyn (Fietz) Berfield. Born in Boston he was the son of the late Meyer and Annie Berfield. Edward was a life long resident of Chelsea and was employed by the United States Parcel Post Service. He was an honorably discharged US Army Veteran having served in the Battle of the Bulge during World War II.
Edward was a very devoted family man having taken care of his Mother, Wife and Daughter.
He is survived by his daughter Robyn Muise and her husband William, and his brother in law Robert Fietz.
