Goffstown– Simone Y. (Cote) Fournier, 91, died March 30, 2014 at Catholic Medical Center following a brief illness.
She was born in Manchester on May 4, 1922 the daughter of Henry J. and Roseanna (Guillemette) Cote.
Prior to being a homemaker she worked for Hillsborough County Nursing Home as a seamstress for 8 years.
She was predeceased by her husband, Roger L. Fournier on November 23, 2000 and a sister, Rita Cote.
Family members include 3 daughters; Lucille Huard and her husband, Roger of Manchester, Sylvia Ouellette and her husband, Gil of Bedford, Elaine Brassard and her husband, Jean of Bow, 6 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; 1 brother; Arthur H. Cote of Daytona Beach, FL., 3 sisters; Rita Plamondon of Georgia, Theresa Bilodeau and her husband, Armand of Port Richey, FL., and Grace Duggan of Largo, FL..
A calling hour will take place on Tuesday, April 1, 2014 from 12 PM to 1PM at J. N. Boufford & Sons Funeral Home, 110 Bridge St. The funeral service will follow at 1 PM in the funeral home.
