TAUNTON – Robert P. Green, 58, died at his Taunton home on March 21, 2014.
Born, raised, and educated in Brockton, he was the son of the late George R. and Phyllis G. (Germain) Green.
A graduate of Brockton High School, he later served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.
Mr. Green was employed for over thirty years as a truck driver, before retiring several months ago.
He was an avid motorcycle enthusiast and longtime teamster’s member.
Survivors include a son, Nicholas L. Green of Franklin; a daughter, Alexandria J. Green of Bethlehem, NH; a sister, Nancy Lester of Montana; a grandson, Jaxson Green of Bethlehem, NH; and several nieces and nephews.
Calling Hours will be held Silva Funeral Home, 80 Broadway, Taunton on Friday, March 28th from 6 to 8 p.m.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
Private funeral services will be held at a later date.
