Catherine C. “Kitty” Theodore (Carteris) of Canton passed away February 26th at the Hellenic Nursing Home in Canton. She was 82. Born in Reading PA, Kitty was raised in Lynn where she attended Lynn Classical High School. Kitty and her husband “Teddy” moved to Canton in 1957. After staying home to raise her two sons, Kitty went to work for Analog Devices in Westwood as a Purchasing Supervisor for many years before retiring in 1990. Beloved wife of William “Teddy” Theodore. Loving mother of James & his wife Mary of Walpole and Thomas & his wife Barbara of Canton. Devoted sister of Charles Carteris , Christopher Carteris of Lynn, Peter Carteris of FL, Lee Laganas of Swampscott, Audrey Talarico of NH & FL, Ann Carteris of Lynn and the late Ernest Carteris. Cherished grandmother of Nicole, Kristen, Ali, Mimi & Will Theodore. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Visiting hours in the Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home 455 Washington St. Canton Sunday from 4-8 pm. A funeral service will be held at St. Gregory’s Church 1007 West St. Mansfield on Monday, March 3rd at 11:00 am. Relatives and friends respectfully invited to attend.
