Gilford-----Helen C. (Bradley) Kennedy, 85, died at Forestview Manor, Meredith after a brief illness on Sunday, February 23, 2014.
Mrs. Kennedy was born November 25, 1928 in Waltham, Mass., the daughter of the late John Bradley, Helen (Treddin) and Thomas Queenan.
Mrs. Kennedy resided in Billerica, Mass. for many years before moving to Gilford twenty-eight years ago. She had been employed at John Hancock Ins. for over forty years.
Survivors include a brother, John Bradley and his wife, Jean, of Springfield, Mass.; a brother-in-law, Richard Fitzgerald, of Bedford, Mass.; three nieces; four nephews and her lifelong friend, Gerry McKenna. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband , John J. Kennedy, Jr. and by her sister, Constance Fitzgerald.
Calling hours will be held on Saturday, March 1, 2014 from 1:00-3:00PM in the Carriage House of the Wilkinson-Beane-Simoneau-Paquette Funeral Home, 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia, N.H.
A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, May 17, 2014 at 12:00Noon at the family lot in Pine Grove Cemetery, Gilford.
